I'm a challenging client and I would strongly recommend Joe to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Northwest Indiana and Chicago suburbs. We relocated to Northwest Indiana from out-of-state. We were so very lucky that Joe was assigned to us through the relocation program. Joe was immensely helpful with answering questions regarding the area, giving insight on pros / cons of various communities and huge bonus for us was that he fully understood our position when it comes to managing finances (Dave Ramsey followers!). He was realistic when it came to discussing reasonable offers and handling the negotiations for the home purchase. I truly felt he was our advocate and handled some of the challenges with grace and kindness. He was readily available to answer questions and had our best interests at heart throughout the whole process.
Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure.
We were purchasing our house from out of town and he took us on virtual tours of every house we wanted to see. He made sure to fit us into his very busy schedule so that we could see houses quickly before they got purchased. He was very knowledgeable about everything and always answered any questions we had. Not only that, but when we didn’t have anybody who could be there while the inspection was going on, he walked around with the inspector for three hours with absolutely no obligation to do that. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a house. He is a fantastic realtor!
